  • Always seek your consent before providing support

  • Identify and minimise any potential risks in your home or environment

  • Use safe work practices and maintain current insurance

  • Hold valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearances

  • Report and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns

  • Respect your right to make your own decisions and feel comfortable during every service

In an emergency, I will contact emergency services and, for NDIS customers, follow your agreed support plan.
